It takes a kitchen full of cooks...

Beefy Tomato Pasta Soup

by Carol
(United States)

This Beefy Tomato Pasta Soup recipe is so simple, yet so... good! First, you have to make some American Chop Suey. You know, the kind with macaroni, hamburg, onions, peppers, and canned tomatoes. Next... Serve it up to your family...

Then, take the (left-overs)and add:

  • 4-5 beef boullion cubes
  • a can of diced tomatoes, including the liquid
  • a pinch of Italian seasoning
  • enough water to call it soup

  • Add salt & pepper to taste, and a bit of garlic if you didn't use it in the American Chop Suey.

Be sure to make extra Chop Suey, so you'll have enough left-over to try this soup!
