Green Onion and Garlic Pasta - Yumm!
This is the fastest meal I know and I enjoy it every time! Plus, it's a vegetarian recipe that anyone can make and just about anyone would enjoy... kind of a Chinese pasta recipe!
Ingredients:
2 (or more!) cloves garlic
2 T. olive oil
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
6 or so green onions
2 T. soy sauce
2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Whole wheat pasta
Directions:
Heat oil, saute green onions, garlic, and red pepper flakes for 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients. Toss with pasta (spaghetti's good). Yummy!
