Here is a super easy grilled salmon recipe, prepared with a Greek flavor profile. If you love salmon and you like Greek seasonings, then you're really going to enjoy this great recipe from one of our contributors!
Editor's Note: I would eat salmon 2 or 3 times a week, if it were up to me. I love the taste of this pink fish and it is super healthy, with tons of omega-3s. I generally just marinade mine and then broil it, but next time I buy salmon, I'm trying out this recipe for sure!
Ingredients:
Salmon fillet
Olive oil
Greek seasoning
Directions:
Lightly brush salmon with olive oil and rub with Greek seasoning.
Place salmon skin side down in loosely wrapped foil pouches.
Place on grill or in oven for 10-20 minutes or until salmon is cooked through. The cooking time really varies depending on the thickness of the fillet.
Remove from heat when it is almost done... it will continue cooking a little in the foil pouch and it's a shame to overcook it.
