I love this book, not only do I love it for the obvious reason, it is about healthy food, taking out / reducing the additives in our meals, it's also simple.

It's designed as a family cookbook and designed by two mum's with young kids which will almost guarantee you'll be able to make them with kids under your feet.

They provide you with a list of all the additives and the numbers giving you an understanding of what all the numbers mean and what the side effects are, especially on your kids.

I also love the fact that they provide you with a shopping guide in the back, so you know which brands are the best brands to use.

I love this recipe book, it provide, simply to make, healthy recipes, designed for the whole family.
