Editor's Note: Do you like pork roast? Do you like quick, easy meals? Then you're going to love this recipe for pork roast with mushroom gravy! I truly cannot wait to try this. Thanks for submitting it, Karla!

Pork Roast with Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients:

Pork roast (should be a cut that is good for slow cooking)
1 pkg Knorr Mushroom soup mix

1 cup beef broth
1 cup applesauce

Directions:

Quickly brown pork roast on all sides. Place roast into slow cooker. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over roast. Cook 6-8 hours on low. Serve with rice or potatoes.

This recipe would be great with a nice green salad or roasted broccoli, too, just to round out your balanced meal. And what a great company dinner! Elegant, but won't take the hostess away from her guests.

Fabulous!

I finally got around to trying this recipe and it was absolutely fabulous... such great flavor, the meat was moist and tender, and incredibly easy. It's going to be added to our list of favorite recipes!
