Editor's Note: Do you like pork roast? Do you like quick, easy meals? Then you're going to love this recipe for pork roast with mushroom gravy! I truly cannot wait to try this. Thanks for submitting it, Karla!

Pork Roast with Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients:

Pork roast (should be a cut that is good for slow cooking)
1 pkg Knorr Mushroom soup mix

1 cup beef broth
1 cup applesauce

Directions:

Quickly brown pork roast on all sides. Place roast into slow cooker. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over roast. Cook 6-8 hours on low. Serve with rice or potatoes.

This recipe would be great with a nice green salad or roasted broccoli, too, just to round out your balanced meal. And what a great company dinner! Elegant, but won't take the hostess away from her guests.
