OK... this is my guilty secret... I'm a big fan of sausage, especially Italian sausage. I know, I know... it's kind of fatty and not the healthiest choice. But I love it and I have to have it at least a couple of times a month. There, I've said it and I'm not ashamed of it. :-)

I'm not really a fan of all types of sausage, although I've recently discovered I like pork breakfast sausage if it's in a recipe (not served plain). Go figure...
