We are building this Thrown Together Meals site together. What fun! But please understand that while I review every submission, I don't always have time to test or validate them. So, if you find anything wrong with what you find here, then please be sure to leave a comment on the page in question or to email me using my contact form.

Editor's Note: Do you like pulled pork sandwiches as much as I do? Mmm... the taste of barbecue, tender meat... perfect! I truly cannot wait to try this pulled pork recipe. Thanks so much for submitting it, Jane!
Ingredients:
One pork loin
Cooking wine
BBQ Sauce
Jalapeno peppers (as many as you like!)
Buns
Directions:
Put the pork in the crock pot and cover it with your favourite bbq sauce. I tend to use the Diana's Maple flavour.
Add the wine (I usually use one in the house that we don't enjoy and find that white mixes well with the BBQ sauce).
Ensure that you have enough wine/bbq mixture to partially cover the pork. Add more as you cook to make sure that the sauce doesn't disappear.
Cut the Jalapeno into smaller pieces and mix into the sauce.
Cook for your desired time, the pork should fall apart in the sauce.
Serve the pulled pork on your favourite buns and watch everyone say YUM YUM!
I'd just like to emphasize how much I value my visitors' contributions. You're helping to build a really dynamic, chock-full recipe site. I appreciate that, because there's only so many recipes I can create and document myself. With all of us working together, we can do great things!
If you haven't already, I encourage you to explore all of the sections of our site. If you can't find what you're looking for quickly enough, then try out Recipe Index page.
Oh, and if you didn't come into the site through the home page, you may not be sure what the whole "thrown together" concept is all about. So have a look at my About the Concept page to learn more...
And in case you didn't notice the links in the right and left columns, there are lots of way to keep up with other readers' contributions (and my own new pages):
