Here is a delicious sweet and sour kielbasa recipe made in a crockpot that we love... It's hard to believe something so simple can be so... good!

Sweet & Sour Kielbasa

Ingredients:

Kielbasa Links (3-4) (enough to fill a small crock pot)
1 large bottle ketchup
1 large jar grape jelly

Directions:

1. Slice Kielbasa into thin coin-sized pieces.
2. Mix the kielbasa slices with the bottle of ketchup and the grape jelly.
3. Turn the crock pot on, and cook on high/med for a few hours. (3-4)
4. Stir occasionally.

Sounds Familiar... :) NEW

Thanks for the recipe, Carol. This sounds a lot like a cocktail meatball recipe my mom has been making for years. She mixes 1 bottle of barbecue sauce with 1 jar of grape jelly & then cooks small meatball in it in a crockpot. Makes a great appetizer.

I'm guessing this has much the same flavor... except I like kielbasa better than meatballs!
