Thrown Together Turkey Lasagna

Lasagna

Lasagna

I just made this Turkey Lasagna recipe up as we had some leftover turkey from the weekend! It's great to serve with a salad or vegetables.

Ingredients:

  • Left over cooked turkey chopped into chunks
  • Tin chopped tomatoes
  • Tomato puree
  • Spoonful of chili
  • White sauce
  • Lasagna sheets
  • Any cheese grated

Directions:
Mix together the turkey, tomatoes, tomato puree and the chili, season with salt and pepper.

Spoon half the mixture into the base of a lasagna dish, and cover with lasagna sheets. Top with white sauce and sprinkle cheese over.

Repeat this, another layer of turkey mix, lasagna sheets and white sauce, finished off with a generous topping of cheese.

Bake at 180°C (~350° F) for 30 - 40 minutes.
